Questions We Answer Before You Ask Them
Timelines, pricing, reporting, and onboarding — answered plainly so your first call is a strategy conversation, not a policy briefing.
How often will I receive campaign reports?
Reports are delivered monthly at minimum. Between reports, you have continuous access to a live performance dashboard showing spend, conversions, and revenue attribution in real time.
You never wait until the end of a cycle to see your numbers.
What metrics are included in the dashboard?
Every dashboard includes spend, ROAS, cost per acquisition, revenue attributed per channel, and conversion volume. Vanity metrics like reach and impressions are present but never reported as primary KPIs.
Revenue and acquisition cost are the headline numbers — always.
Can I request additional reporting outside the standard cycle?
Yes. Ad-hoc performance snapshots are available on request at no additional charge. For accounts with significant daily spend, we proactively flag anomalies within 24 hours.
Access is continuous — scheduled reports are a floor, not a ceiling.
How is pricing structured?
Fees are engagement-specific and disclosed in full during the proposal stage. There are no hidden platform mark-ups — ad spend passes through to the platform at cost, itemised separately from management fees.
Every line item is visible before you sign anything.
Are there minimum contract lengths?
Initial engagements run for a minimum of three months to allow sufficient data accumulation for optimisation. Renewal terms are agreed at the end of each cycle based on performance against benchmarks.
Renewals are earned by results, not automatic.
What happens to ad spend if we end the engagement?
Ad accounts are owned by the client from day one. If the engagement concludes, you retain full access to your campaigns, historical data, and all creative assets produced during the contract.
Your data and accounts remain yours — unconditionally.
How quickly do campaigns go live after signing?
Onboarding follows a structured five-day checklist from contract signature to first campaign live. Days one and two cover account access and audit; days three and four cover strategy and creative sign-off; day five is launch.
Five working days, structured — not an open-ended kick-off.
What do you need from us during onboarding?
We require ad account and analytics access, brand asset files, and a completed strategy brief. A shared onboarding document is provided at contract signature so nothing is ambiguous about what is needed and when.
A clear checklist replaces back-and-forth email threads.
How do we communicate during the engagement?
Each account has a named account manager reachable via email during GMT business hours. Urgent issues outside hours are escalated through a dedicated channel. All strategic decisions are documented in writing.
One named contact, documented decisions, no ambiguity.
